Heritage ministries happen due, in large part, because of volunteers. When you use your gifts and passions to serve others, it not only blesses them, but blesses YOU! Jesus denied Himself for the sake of others. When you do the same, God's kingdom will grow beyond the four walls of our church buildings.

Top Volunteer Needs:

Bettendorf Campus

Finance: Volunteer needed every other Monday to enter contributions at our Bettendorf location. This would take about 1-½ hours in the afternoon. Individuals should enjoy math, be detail- oriented, and be able to maintain confidentiality. Please contact Denice Lane by e-mail or phone 309.732.0023.

Children's Ministry: Volunteers needed to change lives in the Bettendorf Children’s Ministry. What an amazing opportunity we have in the Nursery to provide young parents with an hour of uninterrupted time with God. By holding, playing with, loving and praying for our little ones during the worship service, you can provide “just the thing” Mom and Dad need to recharge their spirits for the week ahead. Rock Island Campus

Finance/Accounting: Volunteer needed in our finance department to assist in filing, preparing non-contribution deposits and other duties. This would take 1-2 hours/once a week. Time of day is flexible. Individuals should enjoy math and be detail- oriented. Please contact Denice Lane by e-mail or phone 309.732.0023.

Awana: We have a great group of volunteers but we could still use more hands on deck! If you want to see kids grow in Christ and be personally challenged, come check us out-we know you'll be blessed. Awana serves kids age three as of the start of the school year through 5th grade on Tuesday night in Rock Island. If interested, contact Sarah by e-mail or call 309.732.0016.

Pre-K/K: We are looking for volunteers to help share God's love with children ages three through kindergarten. We are currently in need of assistants during our Saturday evening service. Roles would include welcoming children as they come in by playing and interacting with them, helping the children stay focused during large group time, and assisting in class time activities. There is no prep work involved; just a willing heart and a desire to reach children for the Lord! If interested, contact Jill by e-mail or call 309.732.0004.
