Steve Abel -Rock Island Campus Worship Pastor |
 Steve is a native of Sycamore IL, and a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University. Steve believes that worship is more than just an hour on Sunday; it is a lifestyle that calls us to live in right relationship with God and others. Steve’s wife, Amber, is a Quad Cities native, and a long time Heritage attendee. They have two sons, Lincoln and Hudson. |

Paul Anderson- Worship Arts Department Head |
 Before coming on staff in 2004, Paul was a lay leader in Technical ministries for many years. Paul’s mission is to provide excellent technical and media support for the communication of the message of Christ to our community and the world. He and his wife, Darci, have two children, Mia and Max. |

Patty Bray -Pastor of Adult Ministries |
 Patty joined the Heritage staff in 1993. She is an ordained pastor in the Wesleyan Church and currently serves on the General Board of the Wesleyan Church. Patty's personal mission statement is "to lead as many people as possible into a deeper relationship with Christ." |

Miguel De La Mora -Bettendorf Campus Student Pastor |
 Miguel joined our staff in June of 2010. He has a B.S. in Religion from Liberty University and will soon have a M.A. in Theology from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been in full time ministry for over eight years; however, three of those years were spent traveling on the road ministering in public schools and preaching in Bible believing churches from coast to coast. Miguel believes the best days are yet to come. He and his wife, Janelle, have two children -- a daughter named Sofia and a son named Roman. |

Dave Dryer -Director of Business Administration |
 Dave joined our staff in 2007. He has a BA in Business Administration. Dave supervises the areas of Finance and Human Resources at Heritage and brings 21 years of financial experience to the team. Dave is married to Joyce. |
Kevin Herrick -Buildings & Grounds Director |
 Kevin joined the Heritage Team in November 2003. He and his team of people do a great job of keeping our facility looking nice. Kevin has attended Heritage since June 1996 and is married to Bonnie. He and Bonnie have two children, Emily and Michael. |
Steve Meek -Bettendorf Campus Children's Pastor |
 Steve joined Heritage in June of 2009. He oversees our ministries to children birth through fifth grade at the Bettendorf campus. Steve and his wife, Teri have one child, Judah, and a yellow lab named Cassidy. The Meeks came to the Quad Cities from Reno, NV where they were on staff with two new church plants. |

Eric Mills -Outreach Pastor |
 Eric joined the staff of Heritage Church in January of 2008. His background in missions, the marketplace and sports ministry drive his passion to reach people for Christ wherever they are. Eric and his wife, Susan, have two children. |
Matt Oberhaus- Bettendorf Campus Worship Pastor |
 Matt joined our staff in May 2010. Matt is married to Traci and they have two sons, Skyler and Kyran. |

Kirk Proctor -Rock Island Campus Elementary Pastor |
 Kirk joined Heritage in August of 2007 as our Elementary Pastor. He oversees our ministries to children ages birth to fifth grade. Kirk is very passionate about seeing kids come to know Christ and grow in their knowledge of Him. It is his belief that this happens best in the home setting with parents as the spiritual leaders. Kirk is committed to coming along side parents and helping them become spiritual leaders to their kids. Kirk and his wife, Emily, have three children, Bryce, Aubrey and Coby. |

Mickey Watkins -Rock Island Campus Family Life Department Head |
 Mickey joined the Heritage staff in February 2010. Mickey has a tremendous amount of enthusiasm and passion to see the youth in our culture know Jesus Christ personally. He also has a strong desire to equip youth staff and youth volunteers to grow in an understanding of how they fit into a youth ministry and to see them thrive as God uses them to touch the lives of Middle School and High School students. Mickey is married to his college sweetheart Jenni. They have three daughters Taylor, Madison, and Reagan. |
John has been the Senior Pastor of Heritage church for over 30 years. He is dedicated to the calling that as long as there is one person in the Quad Cities area who does not know Jesus Christ as Savior, his job is not done. John and his wife Patty have two daughters, Heather and Kari, a son-in-law, Josh, and an incredible granddaughter, Stella Rose.
Bob was hired in 2005 as our Executive Pastor. He works alongside Pastor John to help oversee staff and ministries of the church. Bob brings a wealth of management experience to the staff and is preparing our organization to move to the next level. He is married to Sharon and they have four grown children.
Mitch is the Pastor of our Bettendorf Campus. He joined the Heritage team in February of 2008. Mitch is an Indiana Wesleyan graduate. He is married to Anne; they have three children- Claire, Landon, and Jake. Mitch loves to help get people connected with God and with other people. His passion is to see people get excited about their relationship with Christ and do whatever it takes to share God’s grace to those that don't yet know Christ.
Ben has been the pastor of Vida Nueva, a Hispanic ministry of Heritage Church, since 2003. He has a heart for the Hispanic people and is glad to be serving in the Quad Cities. Ben spent 12 years serving in Mexico as a missionary together with his wife Faith and their four children, Lindsey, Virginia, Danielle, and Benji.
Jason joined our staff in June 2011 as the Pastor of our QC West Campus. Jason believes that God called him to be a pastor when he was twenty years old. He wants to be part of a community that wants to find new and creative ways to reach out to their culture with the good news of Jesus Christ. He wants to partner with a community that is inviting people to be a part of God’s amazing rescue mission, not simply “doing” church. He says “church shouldn’t be something we simply add to our “to-do” list, church should be a community that offers hope and a new way of living throughout the week.” Jason and his wife, Kristi, have three children: Joseph, Emma, and Kylee.
